For the past couple of years, we have offered licenses of CCBPress add-ons as subscriptions that automatically renewed each year. Soon we will be migrating these automatic renewals to manual renewals.
Why Is This Changing?
We understand that people in ministry have roles that are constantly changing. Switching to a manual renewal process allows whoever is currently responsible for these payments to handle the license renewal.
How Will This Affect Me?
Up until now, you wouldn’t have to do anything unless your payment information changed from your initial purchase. Now, when your license is nearing its expiration date, you will receive an email with instructions for renewing your license(s).
